  1. Acceptance of Terms
    By booking or using ONE Albania Connect Hub and /or podcast room (premises), you (the "User") agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the premises.
  2. Eligibilit
  3. In case you are an individual, you need to be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or guardian in order to use the premises. You must provide accurate information during the booking process and ensure your use of the premises complies with all applicable laws.
  1. Free Usage

The premises are provided free of charge based on availability. Access is granted for a limited time, and priority will be given to users who have booked in advance. Any usage beyond the allocated time may incur charges, subject to availability and commercial fees of ONE Albania.

The User agrees and accepts the obligation to mention and promote ONE during the User's event performance in ONE's premises and in the publication of the event on Social media.

The User undertakes to add a "packshot" at the end of each publication provided by ONE.

  1. Reservation and Cancellation
  • Booking: Users must book the required premise in advance through the specified booking system.
  • Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel within this time may result in a penalty or restricted future bookings.
  1. Usage Guidelines
  • Recording Content: Users are allowed to record content (audio/video) within the premises for personal or professional use, provided that all content adheres to applicable laws, including copyright and intellectual property rights.
  • Prohibited Content: Users must not record, broadcast, or distribute any content that is illegal, discriminatory, offensive, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others. Any such actions may result in immediate termination of your use of the premises.
  • Conduct: Users are expected to maintain respectful conduct while using the premises.  Any disruptive, harassing, or inappropriate behavior will result in removal from the premises
  • Capacity:  The maximum capacity of the Connect Hub space is limited to 30 persons.
  • Usage Regulation: The User undertakes to implement the Usage Regulation of the Premises according to the following definitions:
  1. Arrange the Premises after the event – ​​Always leave the space as you found it (or better).
  2. Maintain the equipment and furniture – Treat all items and objects with care. If something is damaged, report it immediately.
  3. Return items to their place – After using the seats, tables, tools, put them back in their respective places.
  4. Use resources responsibly – Avoid wasting water, electricity, etc.
  5. Report problems immediately – If you notice an unusual occurrence or any danger, address it and report it to the staff.
  6. Comply with noise levels and common areas – Keep noise at a reasonable level and respect others who also use this space.
  7. No Unauthorized Modifications – Do not move, remove, or change furnitures, equipments, or decorations without prior permission.
  8. Food and Beverage Responsibility – When consuming food and beverages, clean up their waste.
  9. Be attentive to the others – The space is for everyone—maintain it so that all community members can enjoy a clean, safe, and functional environment.
  10. Equipment and Facilities
  • Provided Equipment: The premises includes basic technological equipment’s like monitors, recording equipment (e.g., microphones, headphones, etc.). It is the user's responsibility to familiarize themselves with the equipment before use. The equipment’s in the premises are property of ONE Albania and are subject to changes according to ONE policies.
  • Damage to Equipment: Users are responsible for ensuring that the equipment’s are used properly. Any damage to the equipment caused by improper use or negligence will be charged to the user.
  • Maintenance: We strive to keep the equipment in good working order. However, the premises may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues. In such cases you will be notified 2 days before your event date.
  1. Privacy and Confidentiality
  • Data Collection: We may collect personal information from users during the booking process. This information will be used solely for booking and operational purposes. We will not share or sell personal data to third parties without your consent.
  • Privacy and Personal Data Protection
  • If You complete any Registration Activities for an Event, One Albania jsc will collect and process Your personal information in accordance with your consent expressed for the Event before you have signed up for. 
  • For One Connect Hub, ONE Albania jsc will process personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy Highlights located (link)

  • Personal data Collection of Attendees and/or Organizer of the Event
  • All personal data or contact information from Attendees in the event are voluntarily provided to Organizer of the Event or otherwise obtained in accordance with applicable law for data protection. As attendee of the event, you should be informed and give your consent about your personal information and Organizers of the Event must comply with any restrictions placed on the use of such personal information. 
  • Recordings and Photographs
  • Attendees are welcomed and encouraged to capture and record their Event experience through photography, video, or audio recordings only for personal use and non-commercial purposes, provided they should respect the rights of privacy, and comfort of other Event Attendees.
  • Attendees are encouraged to obtain consent from any Attendees who may be the primary focus of their recordings, especially in cases where privacy or personal images may be involved. 
  • Attendees may not use Event recordings or photographs for commercial purposes, public distribution, or promotion without obtaining consent from Organizers of the Event and any Attendees who does not be want to be recorded or captured in images. 
  • Where an Attendee is a speaker at an Event, the speaker and the speaker’s company hereby grant ONE Albania the national, worldwide, non-exclusive, fully paid-up, royalty free, irrevocable license to use, offer for sale, exhibit, reproduce and distribute the speaker materials for commercial or internal use by ONE Albania. The speaker understands the Event will be videotaped, recorded and probably broadcast live for the purpose of being used and distributed over the internet. ONE Albania, by capturing the speaker’s presentation will become the copyright owner of that recording. To the extent that the speaker has any rights in the recording, the speaker hereby assigns all rights, title and interest in the recording to ONE Albania for use of the recording. 
  • Each Event may have official photographers and videographers capturing Event content for promotional and archival purposes. By attending the Event, Attendees acknowledge and grant ONE Albania permission to use any recordings or photographs in which they may appear for these purposes and all other Event related content. Attendees agree that One Albania, or the applicable third party, is the copyright owner of any Event related recordings. All the rights granted to ONE Albania by your side hereunder are irrevocable and perpetual, and You waive all rights to any associated equitable relief. 
  • Where Attendees are speakers at an Event, panelists, participants in an interview or otherwise providing personal input, Attendees grant ONE Albania irrevocable permission to use any and all content generated (including but not limited to Speaker’s name, likeness, voice, image and/or pre-approved biographical information) for the purpose of publicizing any broadcast, webcast, distribution, publication, processing by AI based chatbot service publicly available on an Event website, advertising, exhibition of speaker’s presentations and promotion of Event related content.
  • Attendees shall not create, publish, broadcast, distribute, disseminate or cause to be created, published, broadcast, distributed or disseminated, media content (in any format including written, audio visual or audio only), which competes with any official ONE Albania media services for One Connect Hub Events, covering news at the Events and the info communication industry, including but not limited to, printed media or video media, either live broadcast or recorded.
  • ONE Albania encourages all Attendees to exercise good judgment, be considerate of others, and respect their rights, privacy and comfort when capturing their Event experience.
  • CCTV Recordings
  • The Event premises are monitored by ONE Albania for security reasons. ONE Albania may be asked by authorities to provide CCTV recordings for specific time periods as part of investigations regarding visitors, contractors or other personnel. We keep these recordings for not more than 60 days from the moment of creation.

  • Minors
  • Any Attendees under the Minimum Age of 18 years older shall be considered a minor (“Minor”) and will be subject to a specific approval process before entry to an Event taken at One Connect Hub. As all Events are B2B professional networking in nature, bringing a Minor to an Event for any reason other than the absence of adequate childcare is not advised. 
  • Attendees must be aware that an Event may not be suitable for all Minors due to the presence of large crowds, loud noises and music and significant visual stimulation (including bright lights, large screens, and demonstrations).
  • Any Attendee who wishes to bring a Minor to an Event due to the absence of adequate childcare, must promptly request prior approval and written consent from their Parents or Legal Custody. Therefore, ONE Albania encourages Organizers of the Event or Attendee to make all requests and submit any Application for Minor’s access in advance to an Event organized at One Connect Hub by third parties. 
  • The organizes of the event or the Attendee is responsible for ensuring the Minor’s safety and the Minor’s compliance with all rules and regulations, including all health and safety protocols related to an Event that there are attending. Attendees are asked to help maintain a professional, disturbance-free environment.
  • Confidentiality: Users should take appropriate measures to protect the confidentiality of any sensitive or proprietary information they may record or discuss within the podcast room. Service provider is not responsible for any loss or breach of confidentiality.
  1. Limitation of Liability

ONE Albania is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the premises, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or any other financial loss. Users are responsible for securing their own data and equipment.

  1. Termination

ONE reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the premises if the user violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in conduct deemed inappropriate.

  1. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the podcast room will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Albania and any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Tirana courts.

  1. Telecommunications Services
  • Network Access: The podcast room is equipped with telecommunications infrastructure, including internet access, to facilitate recording and streaming. ONE Albania  provides this access as part of the free usage offering. However, ONE does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the network.
  • Fair Use Policy: Users must comply with ONE’s Fair Use Policy when using the provided network services. Excessive or disruptive usage that affects the service quality for other users may result in the suspension of network access.
  1. Internet Speed and Connectivity
  • Service Levels: The premises include standard internet connectivity provided by ONE. The speed and stability of the internet connection may vary depending on network traffic and other factors outside the control of ONE. ONE is not liable for slow or interrupted internet service.
  • Streaming and Uploading: Users are responsible for ensuring their equipment and software are compatible with ONE’s internet connection. While the service is designed for typical podcasting and recording activities, high-bandwidth activities such as live streaming in high-definition or large file uploads may have problems depending on network conditions.
  1. Security and Privacy
  • Network Security: ONE will take appropriate measures to safeguard the security of the internet connection available on the premises. However, users are responsible for employing best practices, such as using secure connections (e.g., VPNs or encrypted protocols), when transmitting sensitive or confidential information through the network.
  • Data Protection: ONE is committed to handling user data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations in force. While efforts are made to ensure data security, users should be aware that the internet connection provided on the premises is shared and may not be fully private. As per ONE’s policies, network activity may be subject to security monitoring to ensure compliance with applicable usage Guidelines for data Protection or Information Security and to maintain the integrity of the network.
  1. Bandwidth and Usage Limits
  • Bandwidth Limitations: ONE may impose reasonable bandwidth limits or data usage caps for the premises. If these limits are exceeded, the user may experience reduced speeds or be temporarily denied access to the internet services.
  • Shared Network: Users should understand that the internet connection is shared with other users of the premises and may experience fluctuations in speed or connectivity depending on overall demand.
  1. Telecommunication Equipment
  • Equipment Maintenance: Any equipment related to telecommunication services (e.g., routers, modems, networking gear) provided for use in the premises will be maintained by ONE. However, users should immediately report any faults or damage to the equipment.
  • Prohibited Equipment Usage: Users can not connect any unauthorized telecommunications equipment (e.g., third-party routers, wireless access points, etc.) to the network without prior approval from ONE. Unauthorized devices may be removed or disconnected from the network.
  1. Broadcasting Regulations
  • Broadcasting Rights: If the user plans to stream or broadcast content, they are responsible for ensuring they have the legal rights and permissions to broadcast or distribute any content over the network. ONE does not assume any liability for copyright infringement or unauthorized broadcasting.
  1. Limitation of Liability for Telecommunications Services
  • Network Downtime: ONE will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by network downtime, poor connectivity, or service interruptions.
  • Force Majeure: ONE is not liable for any failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical failures, or telecommunications network outages.
  1. Support and Troubleshooting
  • Technical Support: ONE will provide basic technical support for issues related to the network and telecommunications infrastructure. Any troubleshooting requests should be submitted via the designated support channels. However, users may need to seek third-party assistance for issues related to their personal equipment or software.
  • Limitations of Support: Support is limited to ensuring the telecommunications infrastructure is functioning correctly. ONE does not provide detailed support for the user’s podcast content, recording setup, or non-network-related technical problems.
  1. Modification of Services

ONE reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the telecommunications services provided for the premises, including internet connectivity, without prior notice, especially for reasons related to network upgrades, maintenance, or regulatory requirements. Users will be notified as soon as possible in the event of service changes.

  1. Appropriate Language and Content Guidelines

21.1 Use of Appropriate Language

Users of the premises are expected to use appropriate language when, introducing, presentin recording or broadcasting content. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • No Hate Speech: Users must not engage in or broadcast content that promotes hate speech, discrimination, racism, or intolerance toward any group, individual, or community.
  • No Offensive Language: Profanity, vulgar language, or any content that may be deemed offensive, inappropriate, or disrespectful is strictly prohibited.
  • Respectful Communication: Users should ensure that their language and content are respectful and considerate of others in the podcast room and any potential listeners.
  • Legal Compliance: The content recorded or broadcast in the podcast room must not violate any laws or regulations, including those related to defamation, harassment, or obscenity.

21.2 Content Monitoring

While ONE does not actively monitor or edit content produced in the premises, it reserves the right to intervene if content is found to violate these guidelines. Any content deemed offensive or inappropriate by ONE may lead to immediate termination of access to the premises, without prior notice.

21.3 Non-publication and waiver

ONE in its sole discretion:

- decides whether or not to publish content produced within the Premises.

- is entitled to remove any content produced within the Premises that violates these language and content guidelines or is reported as inappropriate.

Users will be notified on the non-publication or removal of content if any of their content is removed.

  1. Non-Competition Clause

22.1 Non-Compete Agreement

Users agree not to engage in any activity that directly competes with ONE service, either during their use of the premises or for a specified period after their use. This non-competition clause applies to the following:

  • Content Creation and Commercial Podcasting: Users are prohibited from using the premises to create, develop, or broadcast podcasts or other media that directly competes with ONE services, platform, or offerings.
  • Telecommunications Services: Users should refrain from using the premises for any projects or ventures that directly compete with ONE’s core telecommunications services, including internet provision, data transmission, or other related services.

22.2 Duration of Non-Competition

This non-compete restriction applies for 3 months from the date of the last use of the podcast room. The restriction period may be shorter or longer, depending on the nature of the content created and the competitive landscape of ONE service.

22.3 Geographical Scope

This non-compete clause applies within Albania, where ONE operates its services and has a competitive interest. Users agree not to compete in any geographical area where ONE offers its services, for the duration of the non-competition period.

22.4 Exceptions

ONE may allow exceptions to the non-competition clause in writing. Any user wishing to engage in activities that may be seen as competitive must seek written approval from ONE before proceeding.

22.5 Consequences of Breach

If a user is found to be in breach of the non-competition clause, ONE may take appropriate actions, including:

  • Terminating the user’s access to the premises immediately.
  • Pursuing legal action for any damages caused by the breach of the non-compete agreement, including claims for lost revenue, competitive advantage, and other relevant damages.
  1. Miscellaneous

23.1 Amendments to the Terms

ONE reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any such amendments will be effective immediately upon posting, and users are responsible for reviewing the terms periodically.

23.2 Enforcement of Terms

Failure by ONE to enforce any part of these Terms and Conditions does not constitute a waiver of the company’s right to do so in the future.

This clause ensures that users agree to hold ONE harmless for any legal actions or liabilities arising from their use of the podcast room.

24.1 Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless ONE, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the podcast room, including but not limited to:

  • Violations of the terms of use.
  • Infringement of third-party rights (such as intellectual property rights).
  • Legal violations such as defamation, harassment, or breach of privacy.
  1. Force Majeure

This clause addresses unexpected events that could prevent ONE from providing the podcast room, like natural disasters, technical failures, or other external events.

25.1 Force Majeure

ONE shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations under these Terms and Conditions due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, strikes, government regulations, telecommunications network failures, or acts of terrorism.

  1. Accessibility and Special Needs

This section ensures that users with disabilities have equal access to the podcast room and outlines the company’s commitment to supporting accessibility.

26.1 Accessibility

ONE is committed to providing accessible services. If you require specific accommodations to use the podcast room (such as equipment or other accessibility features), please contact us ahead of time, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

  1. Termination of Use

It’s essential to specify conditions under which ONE can suspend or terminate access to the premises, aside from breach of the terms.

27.1 Termination by ONE

ONE reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's access to the premises if:

  • The user violates these Terms and Conditions.
  • There is evidence of illegal activity or misuse of the facilities.
  • ONE determines that the user’s actions disrupt or interfere with other users.

27.2 Termination by the User

Users can terminate their usage of the premises at any time by notifying ONE. However, any unused or non-cancelled time may not be refunded.

  1. Intellectual Property

If the premises are being used to create intellectual property (such as podcasts, videos, or other content), the parties are as per the below:

28.1 Ownership of Content

Users retain ownership of the content they create while using the premises. However, by using the facilities, users grant to ONE a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, promote, or distribute the content for marketing or promotional purposes.

28.2 Content Copyright

Users are responsible for ensuring that the content they create does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others. This includes obtaining proper permissions for music, logos, or other copyrighted material used in the podcast.

  1. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

A section about how any disputes will be resolved can help mitigate legal conflicts.

29.1 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved, users agree to attempt resolution via mediation before taking any legal action.

29.2 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Albania. Any legal action must be brought in the courts of Tirane.
