As part of the regional programme CybHER – Her Cyber: Empowering Women and Girls in Cybersecurity, financed by the UK Government (FCDO)
and implemented by the British Council, we are organizing a two-day workshop “Gender Sensitivity in HR Policies for Cybersecurity Organizations”
in Tirana, Albania, on 13–14 November 2025.
The event will gather up to 15 HR professionals and managers from the cybersecurity sector and will focus on strengthening inclusive HR practices,
sharing good examples, and connecting local professionals with the regional CybHER community.
